"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"Great staff and quick having the key for a very clean room . Left large with a walk in. Disability shower room . On the ground floor courtyard. Nice restaurant and bar . In the middle of Brecon"

"The checking was easy & staff were friendly, The room is up 2 flights of stairs, it is very dated & could do with some tlc. The walls had splatter & marks where something had run down them & the bathroom was dirty in the corner. We couldn't get any hot water from the taps so used the kettle which didn't turn itself off. The toilet seat is so cheep that it bends when you sit on it. although the bedding was clean. The window cill had been burned with a cigarette by the look of it & outside the paint was peeling off."

"Spent two nights at the Dragon Inn, a base to visit the Hay book festival. In fairness the accommodation was more than acceptable, and comfortable. What was very disappointing was the staff attitude. A young team with no leadership, demonstrated poor customer service. The waitress chewing gum taking the order was most unwelcome. Food was over cooked and disappointing"

"It was fine. A bit of a mixture, for example, beds in one room were really nice, bed in the other were way too soft. The food in the restaurant was fine, had the vibe of fine dining but not quite the quality. Best part was the new words my son learnt starting with c and f. We were staying above a courtyard, I think near the kitchen and I think a groups of folk were discussing someone they knew, or possibly a female dog, it was difficult to tell."
