Average stay , breakfast was cleared at 9 am, most hotels clear around 9:30. Your reception staff should make guests aware of this. I managed to get a cold bits thanks to help of the staff member clearing the server

The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well.
