Lovely staff, very friendly. Room was far too hot and air con only blew out hot hair despite being on the cold setting. We were on the lower ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows properly without having the curtains open which meant people walking down the side street could see directly in to our room. One of the windows was locked too. Bar closed early and would only serve bottled wine or beer.
We have stayed many times at Malmaison Aberdeen and its always perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very quiet . We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a trip to the Glasgow Malmaison and we are very much looking forward that .
Our room was spotless and we loved the Arran soaps. The bar was excellent and the food in the restaurant was first class. Claudia at reception was brilliant and really made check-in/out easy for us.
