Great check-in. The room allocated did not lift access. The very helpful receptionist found another, more suitable room. The room was fabulous, except for a (fairly large) spider, which we failed to catch.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the staff were all gracious and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good as well as the Whiskey bar. Particularly our server Elena who was a delight to talk to. The price is great for the value that you get. Highly recommend
