The one woman who seemed to be the main woman on the night was so rude, her attitude towards us all was disgusting, and she got the order wrong after us going through it with her and her having a print out of it as we had to pre book "

"Stayed a few times over the years. They have done it up brilliantly! My only gripe was the breakfast experience. I came at the time I had given but felt I was an inconvenience as the staff told me I only had so long, not to sit a certain tables. I was the only customer, they were packing away and were occupied with their next 'event'. Food for thought? Best wishes. "

"Tired and dated hotel. Biggest concern was our room had a door linked to the next room which was not safe. The lock on our side did not engage properly and could have been pushed open with very little force from the room next door. In the middle of the night about 2am I was wakened by the person in the adjoining room opening their door and I thought they were trying to get into our room. As a result I did not sleep well. I reported this at reception before we left so I hope the matter is resolved."
