"Best kept secret, up a narrow road. If getting away from it all is your thing, this country estate hotel & lodges is perfect. Having said that, it’s only 7-8 mins away by taxi from Gleneagles Hotel. Our hotel room (one of only 9), was well appointed. No air conditioning but there was a fan. Nice pool and gym. Good breakfast. The lodges look lovely and we will definitely be back to stay in one. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too. "
