Great place for an overnight stop while traveling

"Overnight stop to break up the journey from Calais to Alps, a bit unusual, but just what was needed, our son thought it very funny that he was in a bunk bed above our double bed, the room and facilities were a bit tight, but for an overnight stay they were all that we needed, and very clean and comfortable. Just of the motorway so didn't take up any time to get to, but with fantastic double glazing, so a quite nights sleep."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Spoke very good English which was very helpful , and put the air conditioning on in our rooms as they were boiling . The rooms were quite tired and had a smell however beds were comfy , but the bathroom was new and lovely , very good powerful shower , we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there wasn’t any hot food left at all and they didn’t replenish . Drinks very expensive at the bar . "

"If you are looking for a quaint, charming country side b&b then this is not for you. The room is somewhat spartan and in contemporary fashion with toilet and shower built right inside the room. I personally don’t like the door of the shower being right next to the bed. Parking is easy and you can park right inside the premises. Very quiet during the night. No in house laundry facilities. Simple breakfast. There is a cafe and bakery within few minutes of walking. They were open during the morning but not sure how long they will be open during the night. Otherwise did not see much activity around "
