Great B&B in the centre of Aberlour

Lovely older-style B&B. Situation is on the main street in Aberlour but no real traffic noise. Ros is a wonderful host - great to talk to. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Room was well appointed and the pot of tea on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with high quality ingredients. Definitely recommended.

Bed & Breakfast, without breakfast.

Room was clean & comfortable. But be aware it lists “Breakfast included” as an amenity, but then also gives you two booking options, one with breakfast and one without. Breakfast is not included with all reservations. It’s a paid upgrade, which is odd for a bed & breakfast.

Roz was a perfect host and we wete very happy with our stay. The room was clean and cozy, breakfast yummy and location perfect for exploring the spey valley and surrounds.

Perfect Stay

Wir wurden von Paul herzlich empfangen. Seine Frau Ros und er waren sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind groß und in alt-englischem Stil mit viel Charme und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten sind ausnahmsweise mal ordentlich groß gewesen. Paul hat uns direkt einen Tisch zum Abendessen in einem nahen Restaurant gebucht. Das Frühstück gab's vor Ort. Dieses war reichhaltig und einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. The attached restaurant was very good for dinner but the breakfast was very meager. The rooms were adequate but very basic. The mattresses were on the soft side.

Cozy little spot to keep in mind

we came in VERY late at night and were still greeted with the utmost hospitability anyone could ask for. Our host was very informative in suggesting sightseeing, deliberating the qualities of scotch from the multitude distilleries in the area etc. etc. Breakfast was superb and delicious and the room clean and tidy. One thing to note regarding the facilities is that the bathroom is shared. if the house is full, or there's a personal need for a private room...this may pose an issue. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Nice B&B for our self drive Whisky Tour

Lovely hosts that recommended options for us on places to visit and things to eat. Clean lodging and wonderful breakfast. Free parking right at the doorstep. Stable Wifi. Location is situated close to Whisky Distilleries. Would definitely try to visit them again if i'm in that part of the world again.

Aberlour

Very relaxing stay in a very cosy room, and Ros makes a very nice breakfast. A very pleasant walk to the Aberlour distillery for tour , a short drive to Glenfarclas.

Great price and ideal Base for Whiskey tours

Friendly owners,great location and really enjoyed the break. Total de-stress aided by great recommendations re where to eat. Totally enjoyed stay and would go again....

Norlaggan Guesthouse Abelour

Norlaggan is an old house in the Main Street in Abelour. It is comfortable, we'll run and the breakfasts are wonderful. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

Paul et sa partenaire sont des excellents hôtes. Passionnés par leur activité, une bonne connaissance de la ville, très convivial. Et le petit déjeuner était top!d À noter juste, une déco une peu vieillotte
