"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). "A hidden gem in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The staff were the highlight. Property was beautiful - rooms exceptionally clean and well maintained. Comfy beds - great shower. I was going to try the spa but the cocktails won :D"

"The location of the hotel was ideal. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, but could do with sprucing up and updating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower over the bath was nice and powerful. The staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant were cosy and the breakfast room was light and bright. We had the continental breakfast, which was lovely, with a choice of cereals, fabulous choice of fresh fruit and juices, ham & cheese, Danish pastries, toast, and individual pots of tea & coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone and would stay therr again."

"I stayed 4 nights to go to the Welsh National Eisteddfod. The room was comfortable and the breakfsst good. They provided vegan sausages and oat milk with no problem. On site parking was free. Staff were very pleasant. There was no other meal service than breakfast and only a limited bar service (which I didn’t use) but there is a pub very nearby that serves meals and also a few other eating places."
