"Jean Marc ist ein toller und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Jean Marc ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Seine Unterkunft ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase in der man auch abends mit Freunden noch nett am Pool sitzen, reden und etwas trinken kann. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war großzügig und lecker. Wir hatten das Glück, dass es bei unserer Buchung dazu gehörte. "

"A family run hotel with very warm, friendly and accommodating members of staff who made us feel part of their family. It was a real pleasure meeting the owner also who was kind and helpful during our entire stay. I would certainly not hesitate to stay at this hotel again"

"There was nothing exceptional about the property when you consider the price. But most troubling for me was the fact that a mosque is located next door and it is guaranteed to wake you at 4am with the call to pray and again at 5am everday. This is not the best for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is also very basic."

"Suite à une prétendue erreur sur le prix de la réservation en ligne, on m'a contraint à quitter l'hotel prématurément et même retenu puis enmené de force au poste de police en m'accusant de griverie d'hotel ! J'ai été contraint de négocier un tarif intermédiaire pour ne pas risquer des poursuites ! Moi qui croyais à une promo j'ai fait les frais soit d'une arnaque, soit de l'incompétence de l'hôtel sur la vente de ses chambres. La pire expérience hotelière de ma vie."

"The experience was quite bad.Was shocked about what I saw as opposed to what appeared on internet. I was completely disappointed about the environment and the facilities. There was no internet and the television only had French channels. Moreover the only one attendant can not even speak English. No restaurant provision and no catering services at all.The entire stay was not pleasant"

"Habe hier ein Raucherzimmer gebucht ,weil es auch so bei Expedia drin angeboten wurde ,wie ich ankam in der Nacht sagte mir der Eigentümer jedoch es handelt sich hier nur um Nichtraucher zimmer ,da das Zimmer jedoch ein Ausgang zum Innenhof hatte ,erlaubte er mir dort zu Rauchen und gab mir dafür auch ein Aschenbecher,was dann für mich ok war ,am Nachmittag des folgenden Tag kam jedoch seine Frau,mit einer anderen Dame und machte mir in einen sich sehr netten Ton zu verstehen das ich auch dort...

"The hotel canceled the reservation without any reason just before my trip. I could not find any normal hotel. I had to spend 3 nights in a dirty container. I do not recommend !!!! A frivolous and irresponsible owner !!!!"

"First of all, it was very hard to find. Very vague address on Orbitz website. Taxi driver spent more than 40 minutes asking around but couldn't find it. So I spent my first night in a much more expensive hotel. Next day, with phone number, we found the Azur Residence, so I spent the 2nd night there. But next morning learned that they do not offer breakfast. (I thought "residence" in French = B&B in English.) Night watchman said there's a restaurant nearby, but it was closed. I didn't...

"One of the worst experiences....I got to the hotel very late at night and they told me that they did not have my reservations. And I was told I could stay there for one night but had to go the following day. I would not stay here ever again."

"We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again."
