Cet avis très agressif est en contre-point de 90 % des commentaires très favorables laissés par la clientèle qui fréquente l’hôtel, il suffit de lire les nombreux messages laissés sur la page google de l’hôtel pour se convaincre que cet avis émane d’une personne malveillante

The rooms are spacious and clean. Internet is only available in the rooms next to reception. If staying for more than one day, they clean only the day you enter and the day you leave. Speak only French.

The hotel is located quite centrally, on a safe, albeit a bit noisy street. The restaurant upstairs is comfortable. The staff were friendly but weren’t able to help us out with our issues. The light in our bathroom didn’t work at all and when we pointed this out to them they offered us a different room which we declined because it didn’t have windows. They said they would try to fix it but they never did so we ended up using our phones flashlights. They also said they couldn’t give us any reduction on the price because of this. Lastly, I accidentally paid them by cash when we arrived before realizing I had also paid via Expedia. When I told them and showed them the Expedia receipts they called the owner and she denied having received any payment through Expedia so she wouldn’t return our money. Hopefully we’ll be able to sort this out with Expedia because the place definitely wasn’t worth paying double for.

Madam, I hasten to answer you having been absent at the time of the events and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have suffered with a lamp that did not work in your bathroom. My employees were unaware that you had paid your room 17 thousand fca (26 € - 26 USD) to Expedia because you are the only one of our customers to pay 2 times. Of course we will reimburse you for this expense which will constitute a credit for your next visit. A final word Mrs. Kathleen Carlson, none of our chambers are blind as you indicate to falsify the truth. Most of our customers are satisfied with our services and in particular with the excellent quality/price ratio (26 USD per room).

GREAT place!!
First - the staff: EXCELLENT! Professional, courteous, extremely helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food and very reasonably priced. The room is comfortable and the AC is a blessing! It is a great budget option, albeit in usual location. It is in the heart of a residential area in Marcory. However, it is a short taxi ride to Plateau, for example. But what I really like about the location is that is very close to the airport, CAVA, Treichville and the bus station for Grand Bassam. As a tourists, that was important for me. I highly recommend this place for budget travelers and I would definitely stay here again!! I am an American and this place will appeal to those used to a Western standard.

Beaucoup de choses à revoir, la clim fonctionne mais pas de telecommande pour reguler la température. La douche pas genial. Le matelas du lit un peu dur mais ça passe. En revanche le personnel etait très gentil et près à aider à chaque instant.

Cheap hotel with quick access to downtown
Good quality for the money. Wifi didn't work (cancelled because of less clients because of covid). No warm water in the shower. Besides that, a great cheap hotel in a modest income neighborhood with easy access to expat places in the Plateau and Zone 4. Very helpful and friendly staff and well secured. Would stay there again if I came back again on tight budget.

予約した部屋が、クレジットカードで料金が引き落とされているにも関わらず、確保されていない。また、現地で予約した部屋の代わりの泊った部屋の料金はすでに現金払いしているのに、まだ、予約の時にクレジット払いした料金が戻ってきてない。また、これに対して、ホテルからもエクスペディアからも何も説明がなく困っている。

Kompaktowy hotel z restauracja, serwująca wyśmienitą zupę rybną. Duze i czyste pokoje z łazienką, wyposażone są tv, klimatyzację i lodówkę. Uroku dodaje labirynt korytarzy. Największą wartością obiektu jest personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny.

Il y a des gens simple d'esprit qui ose comparer un 2 étoiles et un 4 étoiles. Pour 22 euros la nuitée vous auriez désiré quelle prestation supplémentaire hors mis la propreté à laquelle nous sommes très attachés. Oui ! Nous sommes fiers de notre rapport qualité /prix !!!
