Most beautiful terrace

This hotel has the best rooftop bar and pool in town! Sunrise view is spectacular. The spa is also amazing with beautiful area with sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi. Everything is new and the rooms are nice too! Staff super helpful and kind.

Property has a beautiful restaurant, pool, bar etc 10/10 . Very pricey , my room had an odor which was not quickly. The metal detector at the entrance was very off putting. Rooms are very small for those rates .

worst service. it takes hours to get a waiter or to receive your food. rooms are dirty. sometimes missing daily cleaning. common areas are rarely cleaned with ashtrays full wıth the previous days trash. the sheets on the beds are dirty, the tablecloths are dirty, floors are dirty. very lımıted english. overall a bad bad experience

The service was poor for an Executive room. The water wasn't going down in the shower, it overflow to the room and i called and they fixed the shower but refused to clean the water from the room. I almost fell. No towels on time. Not many options for breakfast

Could have been great, but some big design flaws.

Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain or partition for the shower, which results in flooding half the bathroom every time you shower (see photo). Not all of the rooms are set up this way, your experience may vary. On the plus side, the view was nice and the bar and pool areas were nice to relax. This might have been a 5- star experience in a different room perhaps.

What is advertised on social media is not what you get. The rooms are smaller than expected, there was this weird smell, the city view is of old worn down buildings, the lagoon view is of a very dirty and trashy water, which I’m guessing is sue to pollution and not the hotel per se. We called 3 times for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but they didnt have any until someone from housekeeping came and told us the maximum was only 2 items for free per room. The drinks very good, however the food selection at the poolside bar was very limited and not so good. After the 2nd time we started going out to eat or order in the yango app. Twice we saw roaches in the hallway and there is always this weird smell when you get off the elevator. The view of the city is amazing at night both from the poolside area and the 21 st floor. For our last night we ate at the Asian restaurant on the top floor, Ayoko and everything we chose on the menu was delicious and quite affordable. Also, the staff from reception to restaurants were all very friendly and helpful especially Steve and Manath from the 7th floor and Ibrahim on the 21st floor. Overall, it was a good experience but it’s just that my expectations were a little too high especially for over $200 dollars a night.

Its a modern hotel with a nice look and good food & beverage. I am a business traveler and here is where it went wrong for me The front desk couldn’t track a delivered package for me and tried to tell me it hadn’t arrived. I knew it had and i had to insist on hunting it down. The bellmen said since I hadn’t checked in when package arrived, they didnt know what to do with it. My arrival date and reservation number were on package. Rooms are dark. Very little lighting. No blowdryer in the room. I had to ask and it took a while. The internet is spotty at best and so is tv. They hardly worked. The staff added a router to my room and that helped but again, I needed to hunt that down. It is my 4 th stay in Abidjan and my first stay at Noom. I would probably not stay here again. Cocktails and food are very good and waitstaff is lovely.
