This place was like something from a horror movie. The room wasn’t cleaned after the previous people. The sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. There was food trash left inside and outside of the room. Bugs on the bed and floor. Drugged out people knocked on the car door when we got there and there were lots of drunk/high people out wondering around the property at 1 am. We didn’t stay. We got a refund and found another place to stay.

I was terribly disappointed in this property considering it is affiliated with Wyndham. The floor was very dirty, including water running out from under a wall. Bathroom door was loose and did not close without aid. Beds appeared ruffled as if they had not been changed, although the sheets did appear clean. The parking lot was littered with trash. Sad experience for over $100

I’m not sure how the facility all around was because I did not stay. When I went into the room I was registered for the bedding was dirty(covers) and the floor in the restroom had sitting water. We were a group with 2 rooms booked. On arrival the parking lot had potholes and the building was in need of pressure washing. The hotel said it was non smoking but the lobby and all FOUR rooms smelled of smoke! We refused the first 2 rooms since the beds had hair on them as well as disheveled and bathrooms not clean. Same with the second set of 2 rooms only smell was worse! Definitely will NOT be helping the Wyndham brand with this hotel!

Absolutely disgusting! I didn’t expect a mansion for the price I paid however for $130/nt I expected a clean room with clean sheets. You cannot call to the front desk because it rings for five minutes before it disconnects you. When you ask for a clean sheets, even showing the photos you took of the disgusting stained and/or dirty sheets, and blankets that were on your bed you are scoffed at and made out to be a problem from the front desk attendant. The shower is horrid! I’ve got the air conditioner turned down to 58 and it is still sweltering in this room, not to mention the contact high you get from walking to the ice machine… I would absolutely never stay here again, and I know than what I know now! I wish there was a way I could show these photos…

Dirty, door was wide open and we were afraid to enter the room, tub bottom was stained black, towels had wads of hair/lint, light bulbs missing, tv remote did not work-we cancelled our 2nd night & left. Crap stuck to the floor. Blah

Disappointed in our stay. The sheets were not clean as they had stains and hair. The shower curtain was dirty and mold towards the bottom. The towels were stained as well. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there but was too exhausted to check out and check in somewhere else. When booking a hotel next time, I will ensure to read reviews prior to booking instead of only trusting pictures.
