I learned that premier inn is like the easy jet of hotels. Also it isn't the fact that they nickel and dime you about everything but that they make it so hard. DIY check-in that doesn't work., free Internet that's do terrible that you have no choice but to upgrade, very lean staffing, not very clean, etc...
