Property is great for a reasonably-priced, clean, safe, nice place to lay your head on a long trip. Would like recycling receptacles so one can keep environmental impact to a minimum while traveling. Glad they had the pump shampoo in the shower to cut down on plastic.

Easy to get to just off the highway. Room furnishings minimal, rundown, bed hip high hard to get in and out of for 63 yr old. No worth the $150. just to spend the night. When we drove around back can see it is under interior renovations so maybe in future place will be nicer. Breakfast consisted of toast, bagel, muffin or yougart. Coffee was good. Staff friendly/helpful.

We had a reservation, went to the hotel to be informed they had no reservation, even though I had all the information, I tried to get hold of Expedia to find out Expedia outsource the reservation to a third party. 20 years of loyalty out the window. Done with Expedia, the credit card company will be informed to fight the charge. We had to book with another hotel.

The hotel was dirty and pretty gross. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot due to the price point but youre better off staying at like super 8 motel. The photos of the rooms are misleading.

Unimpressive facility

When I booked the stay the hotel was listed as The Inn at Abingdon. Arriving at the address provided the signage said Spark by Hilton. What? Was I in the wrong place? Check in was OK. The room was okay but there were no cups or glasses to get a drink of water. No coffee maker. Breakfast was spartan- dry cereal, bagels, yogurt. No hot food. Chipped enamel on the tub. For the price I was disappointed.

The rooms does not look like the pictures online. They made me pay 80 dollars more when i got there and tried to make us pay for our rooms again. Tried to say we booked but didnt pay. When i showed our reciepts they then said oh well u have to pay 80 dollars more. Then when we checked out i noticed they took 250 dollars off my bank card so i called them they tried to say we smoked in the room and funny thing non of us smoke.

Hotel horror

Extremely rude people, the pool was not opened as stated in ad, the breakfast was not as advertised, it was stale bread and yogurt, the 2nd floor was under construction and there were no caution tapes up, it smelled like chemicals, the room had used toiletries, the sink stopper was stuck, i was over charged and for the kicker the manager actually bullied me whispering mean things and he was very intimidating to the point i was in tears and driving home very upset. I have already spoken with someone at hotels.com but i need to speak to that person again to inform of the manager and what he did. 916 225 1893
