This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. "Beautiful hotel , spotless and gorgeous rooms. It felt like the whole team was very disjointed - I’m not sure if it’s a new team and there isn’t enough of them or they just aren’t working well to make service flow. Not the usual 5* Novotel standard of customer service which is a shame because it really is a lovely hotel. Breakfast was great as always , again not enough staff to make it flow but the ones that were trying to get people seated were working hard just a crazy amount of used dirty tables not being cleared - I mean management must know it’s going to be busy if the hotel is busy. These details make me want to not go back. This could easily be a premium hotel with a bit more staff training and more staff."
