"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value."
