Séjournez à l'hôtel mais fuyez le restaurant !

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix de la restauration: lardons industriels trop salés dans la tartiflette; crème caramel insuffisamment sucrée; pavé de viande rachitique; petit déjeuner buffet pauvre (nous aurions aimé autre chose que du jambon blanc visiblement sorti de son emballage sous vide depuis peu alors que le fromage était très bon)... tout ça pour 120 € à 3. Nous n'avons hélas pas le pouvoir d'achat de nos amis Suisses...

Great place and great service.

My partner, her daughter and I stayed here for one week for a ski trip. We drove from England and it was easy to find and has a secluded car park. Booking in was easy and we were shown to our room. We didn't try breakfast but we had dinner one night and it was really good. Its a proper french restaurant with a great chef, good service and rich wine list. There is some good communal areas with board games and tables. They also have a bar across the road that is a very nice and family friendly place for a drink after the slopes. In the carpark they have an excellent ski store and just inside the hotel is a place for boots and coats. My only slight niggle with the hotel is that there was no kettle available. Bring your own. Next door is an excellent ski hire shop with new boots and boards which were freshly waxed. The slopes were great for skiiers and families and the ski school was great too. Next to the bar was a newsagents and souvenirs shop. Just down the road a lovely french food shop/bakery. Abondance is a great family ski resort and this hotel is perfectly positioned in it. I would definitely come back.

Hôtel sympathique sauf pour la note

Personnel très accueillant , en particulier pour les repas le cuisinier s'enquérait de nos désirs dés le matin et c'était plutôt bon;le service était rapide et la dame qui nous servait très prévenante .Par ailleurs très beau salon équipé d'une TV grand écran et chambre spacieuse et bien éclairée .Mais cette bonne impression a été gachée à l'occasion du règlement de la note : en effet et malgré nos protestations des frais nous ont été imputés que je considère comme abusifs : à savoir la commission due à Expédia mise à notre charge alors qu'il me semble plus normal que ce soit l'hôtelier qui en soit débiteur .Pour cette raison et malgré ces prestations très correctes je suis sévère pour l'appréciation globale Car c'est un élément primordial du contrat hôtelier client qui a été me semble t'il bafoué
