It was well lit and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. There were so many restaurant options and live American music. We enjoyed the rooftop as well. I love a hot shower, and the water was amazing. Would definitely return.

Stayed in a premium room that was newly renovated. 1st night water leak in bathroom at midnight, fixed within half hr, but ceiling left in a mess. 2nd day fridge not working, reported in the morning nothing done, reported again and a large under counter fridge was brought which had to stay in middle of room! When we arrived no bed made up for my son I asked for a bed and couldn’t give us one just the sofa bed. Room not cleaned in 3 days! Disappointing! One positive the bed was very large and comfy. But would not stay again a shame really.

Our room was perfect and always nicely made up and spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast with all of the choices and the personalized and friendly service Particularly Ratin and Binah! We made use of the gym and pool and while small, they are well kept and everything we needed. The location works well and the underground parking was very handy.

The rooms are very nice and had a safe and a mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the room was very cold and we found it hard to set the thermometer. Breakfast bar is ok, wish they'd had more international options

Amazing stay, staff is top notch, checking was fast as well as checkout, hotel is clean, same with the rooms, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the outdated furniture and damaged inside the room, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Overall a good experience & friendly staff

It was a pleasant stay for whole family. The hotel had let us late checkout. Couple of cons we had to choose on smoking floor as the non smoking Suite was under maintenance. Some of the furnitures had some stains on them.

Great customer service. Good facilities and amenities. Clean. Quiet area. Would definitely need own transportation. Bathrooms could do with an extended shower glass as the floor gets wet and makes it a wet mess.
