I think is good time to visit in winter time with pleasant weather in UAE, less crowded you get in Themes parks quick rides and you can repeated if you liked!

The only good thing about this hotel is: Location Receptionist Benedict The valet parking attendants *The rooms need renovation *The breakfast buffet is the same everyday with not much variety not to mention the expired milk and cockroaches in the cabinets *The rooms smelled humid *The carpets in the room was cleaned every since the opening of the hotel *If you see the furniture in the room, it’s the worst with the stains everywhere * And the the toilet was smelling and hot water problem I’m really surprised how people give positive reviews to this hotel

One day experience

The room was upgraded based on the proposal from reception since i was told only single will be provided although 2 twin beds were booked & paid already and were to be charged extra to accommodate the family. We upgraded since it was single bed and paid difference amount for suite room. The room was fine with good view but the tub could NOT be used since hot water control was NOT working and it was boiling water. It was unfortunate that after paying extra for the suite room, the comforts could NOT be utilized.

My family have been to Abu Dhabi a few times now and whilst I would say the quality of accommodation at Park Inn is wonderful other things around the hotel itself let it down for us. The staff around the pool were quite abrupt when we asked if the bar was open but did go to get a waiter who then told us of the limited stock they held and directed us to the bar a few hotels up, not what you want really in 43 degrees of heat everytime you want a drink. Also had the strangest checkout experience bare in mind I am 53 so not likely to damage a room or cause problems, we had to stand at reception for 10 mins why we were checking out early morning and wait for house keeping to be sent to our room 5 floors up to check we had left it in a satisfactory condition before we could leave … never had that before in any hotel we stayed in. Probably would not be my first choice to return to :-(

Stayed for 1 night for a short layover overall was a great stay. Very close to the airport if you needed a quick layover spot or staying for a short period. Taxi from airport and hotel was pretty affordable only thing is they don’t take other currency of money that wasn’t dirhams but did take debit cards and maybe credit cards.The staff were very friendly and approachable. Was able to check in early. They offered a shuttle pick up to go to mall, YAS beach, and a few amusement parks.Got recommended food option for dinner that was walking distance cross the street which was a great very good buffet and affordable! When checking out they told us to sit and relax while they called a taxi for us. The only thing I wish was better was contacting them via phone. Kept getting switch to different lines/being on hold and after a while phone call would hang up. So that was kinda frustrating when to confirm booking but when arriving to hotel no issues pretty smooth process. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Yas Location with easy parking .. good breakfast at Mint restaurant, gym (shared with the Radisson) is well equipped and very clean and the Belgian Cafe restaurant is right downstairs for drinks etc. Also the staff are friendly

Get something nicer than this

First of the front desk took 20-30min to get our room (with a chaotic waiting as there was no organized wait list and people cutting the que). The room was not prepared for 4 people as booked, there were only one king bed. They later added one small moveable bed, but expected the 4th kid to sleep on the sofa (that was not a pull out sofa and no sheets were provided) but the room was advertised as sleeps 4 (good luck to fit any teen on that sofa..). This meant several more trips to the front desk standing in the same que mentioned before.. The breakfast was just as chaotic, with high noise and people crammed in. The breakfast Variety was good, but most things were bland. At checkout they held us at the chaotic reception again as they wanted to check the room before us leaving the premises. Never experienced something like this and this delayed our departure and the days plans.
