From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Special thanks to Mustafa at the check-in desk — he was extremely attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to highlight Mostafa, the Travel Consultant, who immediately organized museum tickets for us — truly remarkable service! And Yasin from the Concierge team provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Third Time back and the Ritz Carlton does not disappoint, the staff at the RC are simply fantastic giving the best level of service across the board. The hotel is located and presented as you would expect, the facilities are outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as it is quite frankly the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The employees I encountered were very pleasant, The bed was plush and extremely comfortable. I chose the Ritz for the close proximity to the Grand Mosque.

Rooms were ever so slightly dated. All staff without exception were polite, helpful, and courteous. Concierge were especially helpful in suggesting dining options outside the hotel

Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! Keep the customer service high as not many places anymore have this still! Miss Emma!

We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. I would like to express my gratitude, particularly to the housekeeping team, for their thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing design, which included fresh petals on the bed and a cake for the birthday celebration. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional assistance provided by Salman from the concierge team. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was prompt and courteous throughout.

Stunning hotel! Couldn’t fault the staff, rooms, service. My only grumble is there isn’t anywhere to have a nigh time drink outside, you have to eat at one of the restaurants or are stuck using the inside slightly uninspiring bar. A sunset type bar, and there is plenty of space for one would round this hotel off! Couple call outs, I was an early checkin and Mary did a fantastic job accommodating and getting my room early. Also the incredibly smiley and friendly Ibrahim pool attendant, and forgive me I didn’t catch his name, but your front of house gent with glasses and a beard was so attentive and friendly. All of the staff were amazing, I’m just mentioning those I interacted with more than once and that stood out. Bravo!

Lovely property. Punjab grill was excellent food. The only thing that could have been better was the pool area staff was not on top of it. We had to wait forever for drinks. The doorman Salman was amazing. He remembered our names, provided water for our excursions, and went above and beyond. He was excellent and ill remember his great service to customers.

Club suite 2 elevator rides and a long walk from suite Suite tatty, absurdly small wardrobe and in poor condition - TV not working bath controls fel off and room stunk of stale alcohol Staff unattentive and disinterested. Absurdly overpriced suite and nothing special at all Shangri La so much better !
