"It was a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and did their job perfectly. My name is Hani, and I believe he is the manager of the hotel chain. He is a cheerful, friendly, and respectful man. I express my sincere respect to everyone, especially him. There is one point I would like to mention in all sincerity, and I spoke with the management, the reception, and Hani. It is about the disturbing noise coming from the upper room, which causes noise and disturbance while sleeping. The reason is the air conditioning. Solving this problem requires maintenance, nothing more. I hope they do it. The hotel offers all the features a guest needs for comfort, including tranquility. The price is very reasonable. The place consists of a spacious room, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, which is what anyone would want. Kitchen facilities are available. The cleanliness is excellent, and I thank all the staff there from the bottom of my heart. The parking lot is spacious and has ample space. My advice: I recommend staying at this hotel. Hotel was clean, many amenities, access to spa and above all the staff, it really makes a difference to the stay and feel of the country you are visiting. A special mention to Nas Cho, Anjana, Sana, Grishma and Manisha for greeting and serving us with upmost love and friendliness.
