"We arrived at the Super 8 Amherst with a positive first impression. Sadly, our stay was overshadowed by not being able to use the pool area. There were far too many kids, left unattended and running wild creating a loud and completely horrible pool setting. My kids were really looking forward to using the slide and were bullied and physically pushed out of the way from the large group of kids (my daughter is 14, not a tiny little kid easy to shove around. "The breakfast was all the same all 4 days of our stay, the last day we also missed yogurt. They don't clean rooms, take out garbage or change towels. I asked for 2 days to change towels and they didn't do it on the first day, on the second day I was told that they didn't have bath towels! Finally we got them but I had to go to the reception to pick up. They don't do ANY room service. But if you stay for 1 night it's ok, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom was renovated.
