Tuve q esperar 2 oras afuera para ser mi check in. Por qué no avía nadie en la oficina. No me dieron mi cambio. Porke no tenían cambio me cambiaron del cuarto q me dieron. Lugares como este lo deberían de cerrar mejor. Porque uno viene a pasar un buen tiempo. Y lugares como este arruinan el momento nunca jamás regresaré a este lugar. Horrible. La peor experiencia

En la página de expedía decía con aire acondicionado, y llegando allá me dijeron que es con costo extra, deberían respetar el precio la página.

El problema es que se justificaron con que ya no tenian espacio y no respetaron mi reservacion. Me mandaron a otro hotel y aunq me apoyaron por eso se realiza reservacion con tiempo para evitar estar batallando por esa parte no puedo calificar un lugar ni donde me quede.

Nada agradable la estancia, el aire acondicionado solo te lo prenden por las noches, las camas en pesimo estado, eso sin contar que el baño no tiene tapa la taza y la regadera no tiene cortina ... cabe resaltar que yo hice mi reservacion por internet y el anuncio es muy llamativo para la habitación que me dieron nada agradable, las de recepcion nos dijeron que mi habitacion no contaba con internet ni aire acondicionado cuando en su animcio dice todo lo contrario ... no especifica que ciertas habitación no lo tienen... y del entretenimiento ni hanlamos, la televicion sin control porque no saben cual es su control, 5 canales de televisión abierta ... de verdad que mala experiencia me llevo de mi primera visita, no lo recomiendo para absolutamente nada ... al menos la habitación que me dieron estaba horrible y me dio la impresión que me dieron esa porque yo reserve en internet y creo que no era la tarifa que ellos cobran en recepción y lo digo porque me toco la habitación 2 y al subir se veia cuando alistaban las otras habitaciones y nada que ver con la mia ... horrible experiencia

Me gustó la cercanía del hotel a la playa caminas 10 minutos y encuentras playa Condesa desde el hotel hay diversas formas de llegar al Centro de Acapulco.

Es como en fotos, no hay vista al mar, cercana a todo, hay muchos moscos, lleven repelente, está en sótano, solo hay aire acondicionado por las noches pero por el precio está muy bien. No hay personal que esté atento, pero repito por el precio está perfecto, le doy 4 estrellas, por calidad y precio, es un lugar agradable.

No aceptan pagos con tarjeta, limpieza terrible, hormigas por toda la habitacion, no informan nada, no te dan tollas, el WiFi no llega a las habitaciones, cama y almohadas en terrible estado, los ventiladores del tel techo te pueden caer en la cabeza. Deberian dejar de ofrecer este hotel como opcion en expedia.
