I have been coming to Emporio Acapulco for the last 16 years. I love the hotel ( have in consideration that it is an old building, but stood strong against Otis, ) location is excellent, prices fair, the view is amazing, but what makes me come back year after year, is its employees like Zacarías!!! Always very helpful and alert to all of our needs. Friendly staff!!!

Everyone was very nice. If you plan to have a quiet beach day this is not the place for you. Although locals are amazing they love to have blasting music the whole time. This is more for people that are looking to party.
