Me gustó mucho el hotel, es perfecto para ir a descansar y asolearse un poquito. Cuenta con playa y la alberca está muy bien, limpio. En cuanto a la ubicación, está alejado de todo, lo cual se debe preveer en caso de que se requiera comprar algún nsumo, de lo contrario, tendría que consumirse todo en el hotel. Cuenta con una tiendita pero, es más de souvenirs y refrescos. Elegí este hotel por la cercanía a un jardín de bodas. El servicio fue bueno, no podría decir que fue excelente porque tuve un inconveniente con uno de los meseros. Fue muy grosero y prepotente, lo cual hizo pasar a mis acompañantes y a mí un momento muy desagradable, sin embargo, aún así recomiendo el hotel, sólo deben de poner más atención en el servicio que brinda su personal.

La habitación bien, el personal amable muy buena vista al mar alberca buena bonita limpia. Lo que no me gustó que dejan entrar con animales pero junto a mi cuarto dejaron a un perro encerrado y todo el tiempo ladraba, si los llevan es porque van a estar con ellos y la cama yo creo tenía pulgas porque amanecimos bien picoteados. El restaurante un poco elevados sus precios.

Consideramos que el balcón no es seguro para los niños, y la puerta del balcón no servía. Además, el estacionamiento es muy chico y si se llena se tiene que quedar en el terreno de al lado.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero no tiene absolutamente nada donde poner cosas más que un buro muy pequeño entre las camas, la cama del sillon de la habitación para 6 es más dura que el piso, está en emodelación el hotel, todo el día hay ruido de martillazos, taladros, etc mismo que no te dicen antes del Check In, te cobran el uso de camastros y sillas en la playa, además de que le falta mucha limpieza porque es Pet Friendly y hay popó de perro en la playa (aparte de que te cobran sucio), los precios son muuuy elevados para el tipo de hotel que es, te cobran como hotel de lujo cuando nada que ver, jamás volvería
