Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.

Staff rude. I also thought this was a family hotel, a couple were making love in the pool. I notified this and the staff just looked at me like they were pissed. Later I found out that they purchased time share from there

The property in the post looks great, bathroom had mold, roaches, sick were painted and paint was peeling. Food wa spoiled got sick the first night after eating fish. Cheched out early stay clear don't waste your money. Place is a fraud.

I had money stolen from me nearly everyday. 50 pesos to be exact. I traveled alone so didnt want to start problems or ask for my money back.The sheets were not cleaned ONCE. I asked one of the cleaning ladies if they had the ability she said their sources were limited. I took pictures of the stains that were there from the moment I arrived. The rooms are subpair, the food too. For $1500 you would expect clean sheets? Do not go to this hotel go to a AirB&B and read the reviews. My entire stay was ruined this hotel. Also it has ZERO connection to the Ritz Carlton, only reason I booked it. BIG MISTAKE

La atención del personal es excelente. Todo el personal es eficiente y muy amable. El hotel muy bien, pero hay detalles que merman la comodidad, sobre todo en los baños: son viejos, pequeños e incómodos. Además se hace peor porque no te dan suficientes toallas para mantener todo en orden. Éramos 2 adultos y 1 menor y sólo nos dieron dos toallas completas, no dan toallas de manos ni toalla o tapete para el piso. El baño es indispensable en lugares como este y, por una política del hotel, de dar pocas toallas, se va para abajo la experiencia completa del hotel que en todo lo demás está muy bien. Ojalá mejoren ese aspecto.
