Not okay

Very old air conditioners and televisions that’s need to be changed, I couldn’t had a single proper view of a cable to watch and no local channels was clear and couldn’t swing the a/c because it is very old and sme controllers was not working and their breakfast also needs some help and beds too hard. I booked for the deluxe but didn’t had any comfort, cleanliness and customer service was very much on point
