Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at C&D Hotel. Food was extremely tasty, staff provided great service and I love how they share spaces with the community (Gym, Pool, Restaurant, Conference Rooms. You're a 10-20 drive to the best of Accra & catching a taxi or uber is super easy. Safe for solo travelers. Will definingly stay there again.

Our stay occurred just as a huge internet outage hit the entire country. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us find alternative methods to access our banks. The pool and patio area was a welcome bonus. Good music and great service. It's quite a bit from Accra but would stay here again!

The staff was helpful and mind their own business. The property was very safe and secure. All of the facilities worked well. Water was hot. My rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is nice, clean. They even had a live band during the New Year's Eve. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty ok hotel

The hotel was at best just ok. The hotel in general was pretty rundown. They didn't have that much to offer in general, i.e. they didn't have several food options to offer although it was in the food menu (no fruitsalad, no ice cream, no smoothies, no pineapple pizza, etc). They also had 2 pools (actually 3, but one of them was completely shut off during our entire stay), but after a couple of days they started maintenance on them and they were also shut off. No compensation or alternatives for the pools being shut off, no nothing. Before that the pools were dirty, they didn't cover them so all type of insects found their way there. Entertainment at the hotel was non-existent. They had miniature ants in the bathroom and the drain in the shower was not working properly. The windowshelf was dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. There was a terrace to the room, but it was locked and therefore unaccessible. The positive thing with the hotel was that the staff were nice and serviceminded. And the location was good; close to all the places one wanted to reach and it felt like a safe environment. The room was big and pretty good.

Out of alcohol, NO cocktails. Items on food menu weren’t available as listed. Fixed daily breakfast w/o other options. Order but not received as ordered. Bathroom drains w odor of sewage. Pool ladders missing steps. No trash bin at pool. Tabletops at pool unattached and dirty. No staff around pool to offer food or beverages. Staff nice, apologetic for guest dissatisfaction but no compensation. We stayed 2 nights at another local hotel even though our room was paid at Cocktails and Dreams for amenities, accommodations, food and cocktails as listed.

It's clean and smart with nicely finished decor. Staff are friendly and efficient. It's in a great location for getting to the airport and is not bad for getting to the beach by taxi. Surrounding roads are easy. The pool was closed and completely drained when I arrived which is a bit disappointing but I would stay here again hands down.

They cancelled my reservation for without telling me at all despite calling on the phone two days before to confirm I was still coming and I arrived late at night and stranded. The manager had to put me in another hotel that the staff was so so ruled and with no manners. I feel let down by the hotel because this is not the first time I reserved accommodation there and arrived at night from UK.
