"We loved the wellness in the basement. Sauna, Turkish bath and pool were all very nice. We were however surprised by the fact that the steam room stopped at 9 p.m., while the wellness was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. But since we were already wrapping up, that in itself was not a major inconvenience. The room was spacious and fine. Little view from the room, but you can't always be lucky with that! We didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so we don't have a review on that. "

"Seems like a nice hotel with good

facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"Comfy and clean stay over hotel with a very decent restaurant as well. Convenient location for a day trip to Europapark or Strasbourg, but Offenburg itself is a cute little black forest town as well with plenty of shopping, dining and other facilities. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider it again when in the region. "

"Started unexpected as the reception closed early, but all possible help was afforded to us to make us comfortable. The big surprise was the room which was far better than expected, and the breakfast the following day which was absolutely delicious, both hot and cold choices. A real gem of a hotel"
