"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. "The property was in the best possible location, walking everywhere was so easy. The staff were helpful and the room was well maintained and cleaned every day. The air conditioning was excellent. The shower was faulty and the water cold but that didn't worry us as it was so hot! Bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was OK - we don't have the sweet tooth as the locals seem to and so it was not to our taste but the range and quality very good."

"It's the efficient and helpful staff that makes Liberty hotel a worthwhile stay. Of course the old world Victorian furniture rooms has a charm too. Our arrival was awesome. Silvio recessed is with a lot of enthusiasm. Helped us with parking, topping up had for our rented car just before we were to return it. It was a one man show - until we meet the others - Antonio, Valentina etc.... Everyone wanted to take care of us.... Lovely experience!"
