Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper.

"It was a fantastic place with a perfect location, exceptionally clean, and staffed by incredibly friendly people. While there wasn’t a private beach as mentioned, we still had a wonderful time here and truly enjoyed our stay."

Clean, excellent facilities, easy communication, almost felt like we had our own pool as it was always quiet and easy to get a sunbed! Perfect location in such a beautiful village with lots of bars and excellent restaurants on our doorstep. Highly recommend! "

Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines.
Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...

"Beautiful surroundings, friendly and professional staff, and delicious food. The local cats were a wonderful surprise and also super friendly. There were numerous activites at the resort and a convenient bus to the beach area. Beach Comber at Stallis beach was beautiful, relatively quiet, served excellent cocktails and amazing food. My only critics of Village Heights were:
1. What is/is not included in half board is not well explained at time of booking - I only found out this information on day 2.
2. The power cut out multiple times daily. Only for a few seconds, so it never caused an issue, but it was slightly worrying.
3. The sign at the cats feeding station states they are neutered, but they are not; kittens ahoy! "
"We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean.
The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available.
Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun.
The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace.
Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."

"George and his fantastic team make for such an amazing holiday. The service is superb and they remember returning guests with a genuine touch. The Blue Moon restaurant which forms part of the hotel serves high quality food incl a made to order breakfast incl fruit, yogurt, honey, eggs etc. "
"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Blu. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What really stood out, though, was the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything needed.
Casa Blu is the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!"
"The staff was prompt, professional, and personable. The Summer months at the hotel are frequented by mostly younger, single guests. The demographics shift to a wider audience including mostly couples and families in other months. That being said, an enjoyable experience may be found whenever you visit. Daily afternoon DJ service and a variety of evening shows across the week are provided in the spacious pool area.
The breakfast buffet boasts numerous options with my favorite being made-to-order omelette service. Handmade pizzas, gyros, and various other culinary delights are available throughout the day. Drinks from the pool area bar are great with sangria being a particularly great choice while sunbathing.
The hotel location is well-situated in the middle of numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options with exciting nightlife well within walking distance. If fun in the menu for your holiday, then Cook’s Club Hersonissos is the perfect selection!"
