"Very clean property. Great location. Friendly staff. We were on the 2nd floor but I was woken up, despite having ear plugs, every night by someone talking quite loudly from the street till the wee hours in the morning. "

"Clean large room. Has safe and mini fridge. Nice shower. Coffee and tea. Close to public transport. Area has lots of good food options and supermarkets. I didn’t choose breakfast at the hotel but it looked good. Bathroom lighting was a bit dim for my needs. "

"Hotel is in a nice location in the park but a few issues that make the hotel feel cheap. I did not like the self check in- hotel staff should do this for you. The staff on during the day were great, but one at night was not informed of hotel amenities (or couldn’t be bothered to execute). We asked for a fridge in our room (which was mentioned they could provide on the welcome note), and this staff member looked at me confused and said they don’t have it. We had leftover food we wanted to put in there and so he put it in the fridge at the cafe downstairs. The food was gone the next day with no apology or recourse. I also asked for an iron and ironing board and I had to carry both up to my room myself which I thought was odd for a hotel. They also charge for early check in which I don’t like. This hotel could be great if they improved some of the guest experiences. I appreciate environmentally friendly hotels but customers shouldn’t have a lower level of experience or service because of it- these efforts should be invisible. Also unfortunate the restaurant on site wasn’t open and the cafe didn’t do much food either."
