Good place to stay

Great location for an easy walk into the old town area and with a lot of places to eat close by. Added to the fact there was loads of free parking

This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

What you pay what you get :)

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

Klimasız otel-sorumsuz işletmecilik-kaba personel

Adana ya ilk defa geldim, güvenli ve rahat konaklama olması için ibis’i tercih ettim. Oda temizliği, yatak ve çarşaflar standart ibis kalitesindeydi teşekkürler lakin Adana’da hava sıcaklığı 30-32 dereceydi ve odada klima yoktu. Havalandırma vardı, cool modda açıktık oldukça sesli bir şekilde çalışıyordu ama odayı serinletmiyordu. Resepsiyona bu durumu sorduk “merkezi havalandırma sistemi var, haftaya havalar yeniden soğuyacak o nedenle soğutma şuan çalışmıyor, isterseniz acentenizle görüşün iade kabul ederlerse otelden ayrılabilirsiniz” şeklinde bir cevap aldım. Bence kabul edilebilir bir cevap değil… bazı durumlar çözümsüz olabilir ama işletme bunun için bir çaba gösterir…

Odalar çok dar, wc kapıları kapanmıyor, duş kabini kötü su sızıyor, yataklar çok sert ve yastıklar çok kötü, konfor düşük, otelin genel bir tadilata ihtiyacı var. Personel güler yüzlü, yardımcı ve çözüm odaklı.

Tesis standart temiz bir şehir oteli, otelden çıkarken kasa da cüzdan anahtar vs kişisel eşyalarımı unuttum. Otelle irtibata geçtim ve kargo yapmalarını istedim. Reception da görevli arkadaş hemen ilgilendi eşyalarımı harika paketleyip hemen kargo yaptı. İlgili tutumu için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tesis temiz ve sakin Adana seyahatlerinde düşünülecek bir otel tavsiye ederim.
