I have stayed in Ibis Adana for only one night to have rest and continue my journey to other cities. The place is located on central place of Adana. Cosidereably clean place to stay in. I chose the place just because of Ibis but I found room price a bit expensive.

Great location for an easy walk into the old town area and with a lot of places to eat close by. Added to the fact there was loads of free parking

What you pay what you get :)

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

The Aircon did not work properly. When we asked at reception they said it was neither hot nor cold but was set stable. It made the room too hot at night and we hardly had any sleep due to waking up because we were too hot. The hotel itself was fine.

This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

Otel konumu iyi. Ama oda küçük. Sürekli kart sorunu oldu ve resepsiyona inmek zorunda kaldım. Resepsiyon anlamsız bir şekilde birinci katta. Asansör kartla çalışıyor ve kart bozulunca tekrar resepsiyona indim. Oda kapısı pili bitmiş. Kart çalışmadı görevli geldi odaya 15 dakikada girdim. Sonuç olarak çok beğenmedim.
