The airport transfer worked fairly well, it wasn’t waiting for me on arrival but a quick phone call and it turned up. It was waiting at the set time to return to the airport. I was able to check in a little early which was nice/appreciated and I think the hotel is in a good location for a couple of nights in Addis.

Property is located close to everything a traveler can ask for. Great Bar & Restaurant located in the hotel, and literally right next door to a Local Lounge / Bar if you want to see some new faces. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful but the waitstaff in the restaurant were exceptional.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The water pot for tea, an easy to use TV remote and a comfortable bed. There was even a little balcony overlooking the street that was surprisingly quiet.

The staff was amazing. They were really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay. The staff at the reception were really caring and nice. Since there was construction work in front of the hotel and the taxis were not able to come close, the reception staff accompanied us to the taxi just to make sure we're safe and made it to the right cab.
