"My ONLY complaint was at check-in. We are Omni members and I reached out ahead of time to let them know we were arriving at 11am. At check-in, they wanted to charge us an extra fee to have access to a room. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 4pm to check-in. That has not happened in my other Omni experiences. The pool was clean and has great views. The room was clean, beds were comfy, A/C worked great. Food was delicious. But, that initial check-in was a bummer."
