"Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and like the amenities. A short walk to Rundle Mall. However was disappointed this time with the breakfast hot food. Was told they have a new chef. Didn't have any other meals there so don't know how they compare. "

"1. Parking is a 10 minute walk away. 2. The rooms won’t be cleaned unless you request it. 3. The restaurant is really non existent- menu more bar food. 4. In fact our suite on the 11th floor was nice, but we had to waylay the housekeeping staff to get a clean set of towels, milk and after 4 nights, change the bed. All in all won’t choose Tryp on any of our future trips. Needs improvement. "

"we have been upgraded to a top floor room: great lay-out of the apartment, with uninterrupted ocean views. the apartment would be great with a little bit more of maintenance: walls and doors need a coat of paint here and there. some amenities in the bathrooms (we had 3 !!) would go a long way. pity only one of restaurants was open: it looks like the other one is often closed. overall a great place to stay, with friendly staff and parking available at ground level. "
