I would like to highlight in particular 2 of the coffee lounge staff for their attention to detail and warm service. The Japanese lady remembered our preference for a table location and seated us at the same place in our subsequent breakfast visits. The Indonesian lady shared insightful information about the city which was helpful for first time visitors. A small cause of worry as the laundry service was not returned to us until almost 2 days later, on the morning just before we checked out.

Dirty elevator buttons, literally had brown muck on, and wasn't cleaned entire 5 day stay, dog hair on carpet in bedroom, cigarette holes in curtains, bathroom was stepping back to 70's with grouting dirty, bath mat looked like it had been there uncleaned for years
