We had endless problems accessing our room. My husband and I returned to reception 5 times to constantly get key recoded. It was also a very pokey place to get to with a car and parking it...GPS was not useful.
The staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good except for one morning when it was chaotic but even then the staff coped well.

Everything was superb. The staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff (Sharon) was a nice girl. The breakfast could be more complete and diverse. But overall, fantastic.
