Stayed just one night but was very impressed. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating with an early check in request. Room and view was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great venue with great staff, pool and rooftop bar. Rooms a little small for the price and no bin bags (which was a little strange), otherwise very good.

Trendy, upscale hotel! Great customer service
This is a wonderful, small, upscale hotel in a great location, close to the Central Markets. It has a trendy vibe, but as older people, we enjoyed it too! Incredibly helpful, superb customer service!

Great Hotel
The only complaint I have about the hotel is the amount of lights in the bathroom. Everything else was great!

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but when we were there the staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Room was clean and exactly what we booked.Hotel is close to the city, easy to walk to. Parking was a nightmare, we did 3 laps of the block until we could get close to the hotel due to a bus being in the way, we opted for valet parking knowing we wouldn’t get anywhere close by and in the morning it arrived quickly in time for our departure.

Great location easy walking distance to Adelaide CBD attractions. Lots of great dining options nearby. Booked a corner room with amazing views over the city. Very attentive staff, no parking on site but can use a parking building a short walk away.

Decor was of the highest quality and quite unique, celebrating Adelaide Food and Festivals. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

Good but …
I was a bit disappointed this time with this hotel. I did not have breakfast included (my oversight) but was offered $30 per day if I pre-paid and had breakfast in the hotel every day or $39 if I wanted to choose to have breakfast. $39 is outrageously expensive by any standards and I am not going to eat every day in the hotel. That is highly unlikely. I was also offered Valet Parking at $45 per day or self valet at $30 per day but no flexibility - one exit per day whereas another good quality hotel where valet is less are way more flexible. This is a really good hotel with excellent eco friendly rooms but little things let them down this trip and I would probably think twice about staying here again especially if I had my car. No hotels.com upgrade or welcome gift offered which is common place these days.

Not convenient to parking, the location is so beautiful, in the heart of CBD. The room is good but no view.

Staff were great and property in a good location. Room was good and breakfast brilliant. I didn’t like the pillows, the lounge would have to rate as the worst in over 40 years of travelling (although it looked good), and only free to air TV available. We stayed at a caravan park recently and got foxtel.

Great location in China Town part of Adelaide with good food options a stone throw away. Qatar aircrew stays here. We had an incident with staff which let it down. On Sunday night we ran low on nappies and ordered Uber deliveries just before store closed. The staff refused to accept Uber deliveries telling us it posed “security risk.” Never had such treatment at other hotels before!

Overall it's a great hotel in a good location. There's a bar on the rooftop and cafe on the groundfloor that are popular with guests and locals. The pool and gym facilities looked good too. There were just two things that took away from the stay. The curtains in the rooms don't close properly. There is a gap that happens to be at eye level when you're lying in bed. There were three rooms in our group and each one was the same. Trying to rig a system to close the curtain in full became a challenge for everyone. The other thing is that if you're one floors 1-4 you don't get a stocked minibar. Just an empty fridge with a mini milk carton. This isn't stated everywhere and on the room listings they all say there's a minibar included. It feels like an odd thing to omit based on which floor you're on. Hoping for my next stay I'll manage to be above floor 4.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Adelaide
This trip was a short staycation to celebrate my birthday. Hotel Indigo is well located near the centre of town and a stone's throw from the central markets. My corner room on the 5th floor had nice views of the Adelaide HIlls. It was clean, spacious, comfortable & quiet. Although near the lift I didn't hear a peep from any other guests thanks to good design. Staff were friendly and I appreciated the birthday margarita one of the bar staff made for me. My only issue with the hotel, was the unexpected full charge for the first night a week before my arrival. There was nothing in the booking details to indicate this was going to happen. The staff member checking me in also seemed surprised. Be aware!
