Great location

Great location close to Henley square and all the restaurants and bars. Good facilities and plenty of space, would be even nicer with clean windows and tended plants outside.

Location superb but the lack of parking and the fact that we were not informed of this until the day before... Bathroom was very tight, vanity way too large, no power points no exhaust fan and the bath/shower was very high off the floor.

Was ok. No kitchen refill items, bed extremely too soft and was causing back issues, pillows so hard they caused neck issues, bathroom incredibly small and bathtub so high was not easy to get into. No wifi. No oven instructions and weren’t able to use which was inconvenient. No parking even though was advertised to have parking included. Kitchen sink scrubber was extremely used, vacuum was filled with hair from last use. Doors were always in the way as unit isn’t well designed. Probably would stay here again.

Itinerary showed Henley Beach Hotel and gave their address details and then The One Henley Beach underneath. This was deceptive. I had searched previously for two nights then decided to stay only one night and changed the parameters to say one night however when I checked my itinerary I had been charged two nights! When the property was so disappointing and the fact that it was not a hotel, I was quite upset. My stay was only 24th Oct. The mattress was very comfortable, however the quilt was only single size, it barely covered the mattress. Saving grace was the air con. Fridge was not turned on in preparation. Tea and coffee very average provisions. Couch comfortable.
