Had superior room, very nicely renovated and clean. However, room maid forgot every days something from toilet paper to towels. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast. Surrounding very quiet.

The pool area was amazing. And the rooms we had with the couches are big and comfortable. The breakfast had great options and the restaurant for dinner was lovely. You don’t get much for amenities in the bathrooms but it was fine.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück und sehr schönes Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool. Nur die Matratze war durchgelegen.

I had a, renovated room. Clean and a good bed. So 5 Star. You can have a short swimm in the morning and there is a small Sauna. Breakfast was below average.

The rooms are very comfortable. Inside heated swimming pool with Sauna and whirlpool are a delightful area. Families traveling with children an ideal place to stop. Outdoor facilities are eco and children friendly. Also inside.

Lack of air conditioner and proper ventilation system made it very disappointing stay, as the room temperature was above 30 celsius during one of the hottest days of July! Nice outside restaurant and friendly staff, good breakfast, nice environment, small pool for entertaining kids and cooling down :)

Good one night stay
The hotel was being refurbished but the hotel was in a liveable state. The room was good and the staff already kept the kids beds ready when we checked in. The sauna and steam bath was really nice but the jacuzzi was out of order. The pool was 28 deg - felt a bit cold but worked for my daughter. The breakfast was good overall (birchermüsli can be better but it's tough the match the swiss :)). The restaurant was nice, but limited vegetarian options. Staff was quite friendly, lots of free fruit and sweets. Nothing much around in the village but very close to the autobahn and still quiet. We walked 30 minutes to Bonnstetten and ate a nice restaurant there at the recommendation of the hotel staff. Also used the indoor kids playground and was very useful.

Alright for an overnight stop.
Initial impressions not good. Arrived at 8pm, guest in front of us had been waiting 5 minutes for someone to appear at reception, after waiting another 5 minutes I rang the desk number hoping someone would appear. First guest in line had to go hunting down a member of staff. Eventually, after a 15 - 20 minutes wait we were checked in. The process itself was very efficient, swift and friendly. We then went down to the beer garden for dinner. Overstretched staff resulted in poor, albeit friendly, service. Food was dire and very dry. In August the lack of Aircon was a big issue. On the plus side...immaculate hotel, so very clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms (apart from aforesaid lack of Aircon) very friendly staff, fabulous breakfast..not to be missed!

Besonderer Schwimmbereich und super nettes Persona
Sehr nette Bedienung im Restaurant. Meiner Tochter ist um 22 Uhr noch eingefallen, dass sie Hunger hat. Die Tankstelle gegenüber hatte bereits geschlossen...Mit wenig Hoffnung ins Restaurant gegangen, dort war man so freundlich und hat uns 2 super lecker belegte Brote fürs Zimmer vorbereitet. Auch sonst beim Frühstück sehr nett und super lecker. Das Zimmer einwandfrei. Hatte ein Upgrade gebucht und das Zimmer sah original aus wie auf der Website. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Ach so, der Schwimmbereich: auch mega schön!

Fantastischer Service, vor allem abends und am Check in. Sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr guten Wellness Bereich. Der Service beim Frühstück steht dem am Abend leider ein wenig nach, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
