"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were ..."
