"The hotel is easy to find and is perfectly situated 15 min drive away from Mount Nemrut. The staff is helpful and speaks some English. The room was fully equipped and very spacious. "

"The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. The reception staff were poor, including the rudest and most unhelpful person I have come across in my years of travelling. She not only did not provide appropriate information such as WiFi code, breakfast service, but appeared to know very little about the running of the hotel. She snatched my passport away, looked thoroughly annoyed to be asked for any kind of help and gave a very bad impression of the entire place"

"A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Shower was hot, you will need that after hiking to top of the Mount Nemrut. It was windy and make sure you have light or tracking poles to hike up and down the rocky way. "

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. First, they changed the date of our stay to six months later for no reason at all. Had to call Hotel.com to rectify it. Second, when we checked in I offered my credit card to pay the bill but was told not to worry so I assumed they had debited my card already. The hotel staff speak NO English so it was impossible to confirm. The next day I ordered a taxi to take us to the aiport and halfway there, the driver got a call from the hotel saying we hadnt paid the bill despite the fact we had been sitting opposite the front desk for half an hour waiting for the taxi. They wanted to charge twice the amount on the paperwork which I refused to pay this amount but offered the driver only the amount on the paperwork once we reached the aiport as it seemed they had not debited my card An obvious rip-off. And to add insult to injury the driver they sent tried to charge us €15 for a ten minute drive. After some discussion he finally accepted €10. This place is a rip-off. Avoid at all cost PS The breakfast was terrible. "
