"This guest house hotel was fantastic! Very very clean. Seemed very new or perhaps remodeled very well. Seemed modern and simple in its design. This hotel was full self service starting check in which was actually nice and worked well as we didn’t need to meet anyone. We just received their passcode and entered. Had a nice cozy lounge and snack area with small outdoor balcony. Free variety of cereals and milk and coffee, tea and hot chocolate was very nice. The hose items were free but they also had self service sodas, beer and wine and other snacks to buy- good stuff actually. Beds were nice but the only downside was the pillows were much too thick so Bring your own pillows! A super place otherwise with parking."

"Mr Lutz is a exceptional person. He woke up extra earlier to prepare the breakfast for me despite his personal duties. Extreme friendly and helpful person! The stay was a dream! I hope to come soon for my ski trip!!!! I wish Mr Lutz would offer a workshop what customer service and care means!"

"The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."
