"I only gave 4 stars because my air conditioner made a noise every time it came on. I decided there was no point to complain since I was only one night and it was late when I checked I. It is an excellent place to stay!!! Loved the staff and the room. The breakfast was fantastic!! I would absolutely stay again."

"We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didn’t have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount."

"Door lock latch broke on door , went and let staff know and she had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with it 5 min after checking in. KIDS RUNNING THRU THE HOTEL. The room was clean but had a mildew odor.The room was nice and clean but, tub area looked stained with build up, very outdated. Shower knob bout to fall off. Hot water was backwards. They definitely need to service the rooms before they want people to spend 200 a night."

"The bathroom had urine around the bottom of the toilet. The tub was not too clean. The towels were very dingy. The comforter had stains on them.I did not say anything to the lady at the front desk. We just cleaned the room ourselves.We went to the store and bought cleaning stuff to sanitize the room because it smelled like smoke once we walked in. I was planning on staying at this hotel when I come back in June for my family reunion. Unsure if I will stay at Baymont. I was very unsatisfied with the room.."
