"A great night sleep on the softest pillows and fluffiest bed I've ever slept in, Wake up and enjoy a free breakfast of scrambled eggs sausage muffins pastries yogurts oatmeal fruit waffles cereals coffees juices, The pool is very nice and clean there's a gazebo with comfy patio furniture the hot tub was wonderful The landscaping and all the vegetation was so beautiful the staff were excellent I could not have asked for a better stay will be booking again for July this is a very nice place to stay safe and quiet comfortable and clean ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"A consistently clean and comfortable place to stay with our little LH dachshund - we usually stay one night at a time when visiting family in that area of Tampa. The lobby area is inviting and roomy - staff is wonderful and we always seem to meet the nicest, most considerate fellow-travelers & have never experienced otherwise here. Jose, a waiter in the breakfast area is so warm and encouraging - always a bright spot in our day!"

"Where do I start……I booked a suite & also a separate room for family. I specifically requested the extra room to be 2 queens. When we got to the hotel at 4:30, the extra room had been changed to just a king and wasn’t even ready. That started the experience on the wrong foot. We had to wait for the 2nd room to be ready & had to keep insisting that we wanted 2 queens. After finally getting to our rooms, we all decided to head to the downstairs bar to meet for cocktails & appetizers. Several people requested Pina Coladas & were told that the bar could not make them because their blender was broken & had been for a while. The food was less than appetizing that we ordered & ended up not eating it. Every time we ran the water or flushed the toilet in our suite, the plumbing banged so loud in the wall that it was ridiculous! The next day, housekeeping didn’t even have our room cleaned & it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We had to complain & when they finally sent someone up to the room, it was done half-a#$(*with no extra towels that we requested. Horrible experience. They don’t even have a coffee shop in the hotel. The best part of the whole trip was the valet staff & bellhops! They were awesome! Don’t waste your time on this “Grand Hyatt”. A total disappointment. We’ll find somewhere else to stay from now on. Horrible experience."
