"On the night of September 15th, I had a negative experience with the front desk staff. I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers. In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. I hope this feedback helps improve customer care, since friendliness is essential in any situation."
"This hotel is conveniently attached to Tampa International Airport for a very early morning flight PLUS they had Park n Fly term parking. Returning flight and car pick up was just as easy. We would stay there again."

"Very conveniently located. Short walk (approx. 10-15 min) to RJS. The free breakfast was pretty good. There was a sandwich shop in the front plaza that was pretty good, there are some stores/restaurants on the other side of RJS (a little further walking distance maybe 25-30ish minutes). Traffic in and out was pretty easy to navigate. It is an older hotel that was renovated so it does have its flaws, our room had a musty smell to it. Other that that everything was clean. The staff was super nice and welcoming."
"Went for the Chris brown concert... the room served is purpose. Looks a little rough on the outside.. could use some upgrading on the inside but i would do a one nighter there again. "

The area wasn’t the greatest for walking around & the hotel was not easy to get to without a car (had to walk down a busy street with no sidewalk with luggage)."
"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "
