"Delightfully helpful and welcoming staff. A seamless valet experience. Well organized and clean room. We loved the convenient location and the cozy sound of the train close by, reminding us that these little towns in Florida grew from the ability to be connected by train. A classic, 100 year old building that has been lovingly cared for and beautifully decorated. We attended a concert at the Blue Bamboo Cafe (which was easy walking distance) and we are eager to revisit the Park Plaza for future concerts. I do want to caution visitors that the walls and doors are definitely not sound proof. It is a quiet hotel because people respect the need for sleep when staying in a hotel. We may have been too chatty during the evening which our neighboring room resident passively aggressive got back at us at 7:40 Am to wake us with evangalism TV blasting that we would be going to hell. I sure wish our neighbor had respectfully called the front desk to let us know that we were speaking too loud for after 10pm."

"I would stay here without hesitation and recommend this place to anyone. The property itself was super well maintained and the room was clean and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. The fried chicken biscuit with Nashville hot honey at breakfast is an option that I'd never seen offered on a complimentary buffet and it was pretty impressive. My son and I used the rooftop pool and were the only ones enjoying it at the time but it was stocked with towels and looked very sanitary. I was actually delighted during my entire stay here by how well done everything was; from the desk's service to the details. I have stayed at multiple "luxury", high end boutique hotels that don't compare to the overall experience we had here. "
