"We had booked this room based on how it looked in the pictures but were sadly surprised to see how old the facility actually is. On top of that, even though we arrived early around 1pm, we were unable to get into the room until 5:30pm! The promised "terrace" did not have the view we expected, terrace tiles were old and cracked and the chairs provided were just OLD. We also were not able to leave the door open during the night as there was public access to our terrace from the stairway. The good news is that we had originally booked this room for 6 days. Because of our disappointment, after the first night we explained to the manager how we felt. Cody was very understanding, charged us only for the first night, and gave a $100 credit for the late access to the room. We moved on and found other accommodations for the rest of our week. In addition to Cody, the manager, another desk agent (Rich) was very understanding and helpful. Finally, Cody did say that the entire building is due for a renovation in August 2026. We promised to "check it out" after the overhaul is completed."

"Very antiquated rooms. Reminded me of my stays in motels in the 80's. for buisness More of a 2 story motel. Street noise all thru the night.The complimentary breakfast was tucked in a very little area in the check inlobby. So small that they put a table for extra seating in thenparking lot. Was very disappointed. Not like the pictures or description. "

"I paid for a larger room with a bedroom which was $10 more than the smaller room. The room they had me check into had no tv in the bedroom so they could only offer a smaller room. The small room they had me usehad a horrible musty odor. Since I was there ,9 days, all of my belongings picked up that smell and everything I had needed cleaning when I got home. I left the bathroom vent in the hotel room running 24 hours a day but I could not clear the horrible musty smell.They did not offer me the $10 per day difference back either. Nice staff, rough property."

"Loved the size of their room. Everything clean and beautifully decorated. Took 4 grandkids on spring break. Each child had plenty of space to move around."
